For Maison CrystalÔ, the challenge was twofold: to assert a high-end/holistic positioning and streamline the purchasing process. The redesign focused on updating the product storytelling (origin of the stones, artisanal process), restructuring the product sheets (benefits, uses, large-format photos), and simplifying the purchasing funnel. We added reassuring elements (reviews, guarantees, ethical statements) and optimized navigation by categories and filters. Priority was given to mobile performance and visual quality, while ensuring that product pages were easily shareable on social media (Open Graph tags). All of this helped improve the shopping experience and visitor confidence.
